Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 2026

SUPERMAXX produces marketing content at volume, including AI-generated presenters and synthetic media. That power comes with responsibility. This policy explains what you may and may not create and distribute using the service. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Consent and likeness

You may not create a digital likeness or cloned voice of a real, identifiable person without their verifiable consent. Agent Clone builds require documented consent from the person being cloned. You may not impersonate any individual, brand, or organization you are not authorized to represent.

Synthetic media disclosure

SUPERMAXX presenters are AI-generated synthetic personas. You are responsible for disclosing that content is AI-generated where required by law or by the platform you publish to, and for not presenting synthetic content in a way that deceives about who is speaking or endorsing.

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to create, request, or distribute content that:

Regulated industries

If you operate in a regulated space (for example insurance, health and wellness, or financial services), you are responsible for ensuring your content meets the rules that apply to you, including any carrier, regulatory, or platform requirements. Where we operate a compliance gate from your approved claims, it supports your process but does not replace your own legal review.

Platform rules

You must follow the advertising and content policies of any platform you publish to, including Meta, and applicable laws such as FTC advertising rules.

Enforcement

We may decline, remove, or suspend any request or account that violates this policy, and may report unlawful activity where required. This policy is a floor, not a ceiling; we may refuse work we consider harmful even if not listed above.
